Leaving Your Bike For Service:
Let our EV Mechanic take care of the problem. Our aim is always to get service completed on all customer bikes as quickly as possible to ensure that our riders get the most out of their riding season.
After receiving a phone call advising that repairs have been completed, customers are given five business days to come and retrieve their bike. If their bike is not picked up after five business days, customers will be charged a storage fee of $25.00 per week.
Unfortunately due to space limitations, we are unable to keep bikes around the shop after repairs are completed.
Loading E-Scooters Being Picked Up & Unloading E-Scooters Being Dropped Off
Customers bringing bikes in for service are required to unload their e-scooter from their vehicle/trailer themselves. Armada E-Bikes staff are unable to provide assistance with the unloading process due to insurance coverage issues.
Customers picking up bikes and loading them into vehicles / onto trailers are solely responsible for loading and securing the bikes. Armada E-Bikes staff are unable to provide assistance with the loading and securing process due to insurance coverage issues.
Can't make it to our shop with your Electric Scooter but you have mechanical know how? We now offer Technician Service Calls/Video Calls. Book a Technical Service Call with our EV Mechanic. We can trouble shoot the issue with your Electric Bike/Scooter over the phone and get you back on the road.
